Treat yourself to a complete holiday meal curated by Chef Shan. Each Holiday Box is a soulful, chef-prepared feast for one, featuring classic Southern comfort dishes with a festive twist.
Includes: vegan rotisserie chicken, glazed ham roast, fried oyster mushrooms, cornbread dressing, mac & cheeze, collard greens, candied yams, southern-style green beans, and a choice of dessert (pound cake, peach cobbler, or sweet potato pie).

Holiday Box Heating Instructions
Chef Shan’s Curated Holiday Box - Complete Meal for One
All items are fully cooked and only need reheating. Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy. Consume within 2 days of pickup for best quality.
Entrées
Vegan Rotisserie Chicken & Glazed Ham Roast
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place in an oven-safe dish, cover loosely with foil.
Heat for 12–15 minutes or until warmed through.
Fried Oyster Mushrooms
Best reheated in the oven or air fryer to keep crispy.
Oven: 375°F, 5–7 minutes on a baking sheet.
Air fryer: 350°F, 3–5 minutes.
Sides
Cornbread Dressing: Oven-safe dish, 350°F for 12 minutes.
Mac & Cheeze: Microwave 1–2 minutes OR oven 350°F for 10 minutes (covered).
Collard Greens: Microwave 1–2 minutes OR stovetop in a saucepan, medium heat, stirring until hot.
Candied Yams: Microwave 1–2 minutes OR oven 350°F for 10 minutes (covered).
Southern-Style Green Beans: Microwave 1–2 minutes OR stovetop in a saucepan, medium heat until hot.
Desserts
Pound Cake, Peach Cobbler, or Sweet Potato Pie
Best served at room temperature.
Warm gently in the oven at 300°F for 5 minutes if desired.
